This role is responsible for the electrical fault finding and fixing and electrical inspection of inspection equipment including Industrial Metal Detection, Check weighing, X-ray and Vision products. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely kitting and supply of parts to production, ensuring build timelines are met.
Main Responsibilities:
* Issuing components for manufacture in kit form.
* Inspecting and recording goods-in deliveries before storage.
* Packing and crating spares for dispatch.
* Collaborating with all areas of the business as needed.
* Adapting to changes in priority and resource allocation.
* Maintaining stock accuracy with a focus on timeliness and high quality.
* Carrying out team performance reviews.
* Managing team workloads and absences to ensure a good balance is kept.
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Strong planning and organisational skills.
* A personable approach with effective communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Clear and concise communication abilities.
* Experience with SAP or a similar stock control system (desirable).
* Forklift truck license (desirable).
