Support the development, leadership and oversight of the delivery of the Lincolnshire mental health transformation programmes. Contribute, and lead as appropriate, monitoring the progress of all projects within the programmes of work and ensure the development of mitigations where these are off track. Support clinical, operational, and corporate services across a range of health, social care and VCFSE organisations in the identification, planning and implementation of service redesign and transformation opportunities to improve quality of care. Lead and manage any staff allocated to the area of work where appropriate. Participate in identifying data, and analysis, requirements and co-producing the design for data gathering and desired outputs. Participate in the planning and engagement with clinicians and stakeholders to understand the case for change for the development of future models of care and contribute to the implementation of change. Participate in the effective commissioning of services to deliver the objectives of the work programme, including financial planning and objectives.
