Agile Coach - Enterprise Portfolio & Change Team What is the role about? This role is crucial in embedding agile principles, fostering collaboration, and enabling continuous improvement across the business. You'll play a key part in supporting teams, leaders, and stakeholders as they adopt agile ways of working to deliver business value efficiently and effectively. What will you be doing? Championing agile thinking and a growth mindset, promoting best practices across teams. Supporting the implementation of agile methodologies and improving delivery models. Coaching teams and individuals on agile frameworks, tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro), and ways of working. Collaborating with Product, IT, and Business teams to improve processes, governance, and business agility. Helping to recruit and train key agile and product-related roles across easyJet. Identifying and removing impediments that impact team performance and effectiveness. Partnering with leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimise workflows. What do we need from you? Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar role in agile transformation. Strong knowledge of agile, lean, design thinking, and XP practices (certifications desirable). Experience working in both agile and waterfall environments, with the ability to tailor approaches accordingly. Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Hands-on experience using agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro. Strong facilitation and training skills, able to mentor teams and drive engagement. A passion for continuous improvement and enabling high-performing teams.
