What We’re Looking For Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Proven experience as a Domiciliary Care Branch Manager or a similar leadership role within the care sector. Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A passion for delivering compassionate and person-centred care.
