Finance Administrator - working for a very large facilities management company. £32,000 pa (PAYE) This role is a long-term contract role for 14 months. All applicants MUST go through basis DBS check £32,000 per year - (PAYE) - wages paid weekly Monday to Friday - 9am-5pm Working in the office 5 days a weekMain Duties: Provide administrative support to the Performance and Account Management Team, with a focus on financial and purchasing functions. Assist in preparing and producing detailed reports, requiring concentration and accuracy. Analyse financial and operational data to identify areas for efficiency and service improvement. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and purchasing documents. Liaise with suppliers, track orders, and handle inquiries related to purchasing.Essential Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative or financial role, ideally within a health care or public sector environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Attention to detail and accuracy, especially when producing financial reports.
