Our client is renovating and moving to their Godstone offices in April 2025 and will be recruiting a Finance Assistant to join the team.
The company has several offices in the homecounties and are keen to hire someone with a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
* Based in Godstone from April 2025 (currently in Leatherhead)
* £25,000 - £28,000 salary (DOE)
* Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

Job Description:
* Fixed asset register maintenance.
* Assist in purchase data entry, resolving invoice queries, reconciling accounts.
* Affiliated company bank entries/reconciliation, double entry and trial balance.
* Assist with supplier accounts, telephone enquiries and data runs.
* Nominal Ledger reconciliations.
* Ad hoc office duties e.g. ensure stationery and kitchen is well stocked.
* General office administration.
Person Specification:
* Sage 50 experience an advantage.
* Good Excel skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* All-rounder with the ability to multi task.
* Flexible with a can-do attitude.
* Happy to work in a small team of three.
