What you'll be doing:
As part of the Customer Trust team, you’ll be responsible for the coordination and delivery of the first line oversight and assurance team operations to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies. Leading a team, you’ll drive exceptional customer and commercial outcomes and will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our customer experience.
As the Oversight & Assurance Manager, some of your key responsibilities will include:
Providing assurance across the customer journey
Demonstrating business understanding to ensure effective prioritisation of assurance activities
Stakeholder engagement to ensure behaviours which lead to intolerable risk are understood and addresses appropriately
Leading and managing a team to ensure effective delivery of assurance and oversight activities
Developing and maintaining a high-performing compliance culture
What we’re looking for:
We are seeking an experienced risk professional who has the proven ability to lead and develop high performing teams. The successful applicant will possess demonstratable knowledge of FCA regulations, governance frameworks and compliance standards in addition to experience in risk framework design and development.
