Due to the continued expansion of the Complex Care at Home team, we have vacancies for Band 3 Healthcare Support Workers. Your role will be to deliver nursing care to patients with complex healthcare needs under the supervision of a team of registered nurses.
You need to have a good standard of education, a caring attitude, and the ability to be flexible to service needs. Also important is being able to work as part of a dedicated team, complemented by good communication skills and the enthusiasm to learn.
Successful candidates will be expected to obtain, if they don’t currently have, a Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 3 or equivalent.
The ability to drive patient vehicles is desirable. The ability to travel between sites in a timely manner is essential.
This is a 24-hour service, and you will be required to work days and night shifts.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
