Your new roleIn this role you will be responsible for owning the design, development and implementation of colleague policies ensuring that they are compliant, inclusive and focused on improving colleague experience. You will lead a team of HR Advisers and HR Coordinators to ensure an inclusive, proactive and timely approach to ER case work is in place.You will form part of the wider senior leadership team within the People Directorate, leading and coaching the operational team to deliver a quality service to our stakeholders.As an expert in employee relations and policy, you'll shape the capabilities of the team and enhance case activity processes through training, toolkits, hands-on guidance and upskilling. 1. Responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent HR operational service to employees and managers.
2. Manages the overall workload across the HR Advisers to ensure manageable and equitable split, whilst also reviewing requests for resource to support, wider People Strategy related projects within the Directorate and allocating resource accordingly.
