Job summary We have an exciting opportunity for an Outpatient Appointments Senior Administrator who has a passion for high quality customer care. The successful applicant will be working in the Outpatient department, based at County Hall. Duties will include dealing with tasks such as taking high volumes of patient telephone calls, booking appointments, and supporting the wider outpatient team.
