What you’ll be doing:
* Managing the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a well-organised and professional environment.
* Handling front desk operations, welcoming visitors, and managing incoming calls and correspondence.
* Overseeing office supplies, facilities, and liaising with external service providers to maintain a productive workspace.
* Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and assisting with documentation for senior management.
* Providing PA support to directors, including diary management, travel arrangements, and general administrative tasks.
* Assisting with basic financial admin, such as processing invoices and expenses.
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety and office policies.
* Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
What you’ll bring:
* Previous experience in an office management or administrative role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office systems.
* A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
* The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* A friendly and professional attitude, ensuring a welcoming office environment.
