At AECOM, we are currently recruiting for an Assistant Infrastructure Project Manager to join us at either of our Dublin, Cork or Galway offices.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Your day-to-day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities:
1. Work with other members of the project management team to successfully manage and deliver capital investment projects in healthcare and education.
2. Recent experience in project delivery of RIBA Stages 0 to 7 is required.
3. Lead project management commissions taking overall responsibility for their successful delivery.
4. Liaise directly with clients, oversee project management team members with their duties.
5. Ensure commissions are managed to the right quality standards and are completed efficiently and on time.
6. Planning, directing and supervising all operations included in moderately sized projects with moderate risk, complexity and financial impact.
7. Have a passion for first class service delivery, implementing best practice and continuous improvement and promoting AECOM externally.
8. Build on our portfolio of major blue-chip clients and high-profile projects.
9. Supporting the development of proposals for new work.
10. Be specifically responsible for delegated business development/marketing objectives.
11. Sector experience/workload - Infrastructure projects.
Qualifications
Ready to push the limits of what’s possible?
As the successful candidate, you will have experience working within our infrastructure markets along with having the following qualifications and experience:
1. Post Graduate Qualification – ideally Project Management / Construction / Engineering / Quantity Surveying related.
2. In the process of pursuing Chartered Status with either of the following institutions; SCSI/RICS / CIOB / RIBA / EI.
3. APM affiliation is a benefit.
