The Role:
As the Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading the sales strategy and driving revenue growth by selling the company’s solutions to businesses within the Hospitality sector. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies to expand the customer base, build long-term relationships, and enhance the company’s position as a leader in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and execute the sales strategy for selling tech solutions into the Hospitality sector.
2. Develop a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs to position the company’s products effectively.
3. Drive new business development and generate revenue by securing high-value contracts with hotels, leisure destinations, sports arenas, and other hospitality businesses.
4. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the Hospitality industry.
5. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospects, highlighting the value proposition of the company’s offerings.
6. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned with business objectives.
7. Track and analyse sales metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business goals.
8. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand brand awareness and network with potential clients.
Key Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Sales Director, Sales Manager, or in a senior sales role, with a strong focus on selling tech solutions.
2. Extensive experience selling into the Hospitality sector.
3. Strong track record of success in B2B sales
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans while driving results.
6. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. A strong network of contacts within the Hospitality industry would be an advantage.
