Systems Administrator (SuccessFactors and Concur Landscapes)
On behalf of The Department for Transport, we are looking for a Systems Administrator for a 5-month contract based in London, Swansea, or Leeds - Hybrid working.

As a Systems Administrator, your main responsibilities will be:
1. Provide expert support and guidance on the management of SuccessFactors and Concur to our users.
2. Act as second line support and troubleshoot issues with stakeholders.
3. Support the continuous improvement and optimization of the solutions.
4. Manage support cycles and related patching activities, including testing and impact assessments, and build business cases with business stakeholders for additional features.
5. Create and update necessary support documentation for our solutions.
6. Assist core stakeholders in upskilling and identifying opportunities to improve data quality and usage.
Essential:
1. Expertise in applying best practice approaches in configuring and maintaining cloud-based systems, preferably Concur and SuccessFactors.
2. Expertise in supporting the lifecycle of SaaS platforms including annual patching cycles and associated tasks.
3. Understanding of SuccessFactors and Concur landscapes at a high level.
