Transforming performance requiresmore than just one leader and you will work closely within the Leadership Teamon all aspects of Inclusion, leading on SEND provision and staff support. As a member of the Leadership Team you will linemanage delegated Heads of Faculty. You will also be able to seek support withina range of operational areas and access Trust wide professional learning andnetworks.The post has arisen due to the retirement of the current postholder andconsequently there will be very little teaching time required in the currentAcademic year.Tobe successful in this senior leadership post, you will be driven, ambitious andhave young people at the core of your education philosophy. You will need atrack record in SEND and Inclusion.The Academy joined theSapientia Education Trust (SET) in June 2020 which was an exciting andimportant development for the school.
