In the role you will support the Vodafone Head of Global Cyber Strategy & Secure by Design and 1 other E band manager, within the CTAS department. You will be responsible for the efficient running of the Heads time, manage requests for time or deliverables and organising events and meetings.
Organisation and forward planning are vital for success in this role. It brings opportunity to support a senior leader by organising a diverse set of meetings both internal and external to Vodafone.
What you’ll do
* Build and manage the Heads calendars and time – balancing demands on their time with deliverables and travel.
* Manage e-mails and correspondence - responding where appropriate and/or forwarding for input to the relevant parties.
* Liaise with internal and external partners and stakeholders (suppliers, partners).
* Arrange travel (including visas, hotel, flights) and manage expenses.
* Take minutes and actions in Heads team meetings.
Who you are
* Proven experience in successfully supporting Senior Executives.
* Positive, tenacious & can-do attitude, resilient with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Strong and open communication skills, both written and verbal. Good influencing ability, confident and challenging when appropriate, flexible towards work requirements.
* Build effective relationships and break down barriers.

* Discretionary yearly bonus: 5%

* Maternity/adoption leave: 52 weeks out of which the first 13 weeks are fully paid followed by 26 weeks of half pay and 6 months - working 4 days, getting paid 5.
* Paternity leave: 16 weeks fully paid.
* Private pension: You can contribute up to 5% of your basic pay with 2:1 matching from Vodafone up to 10%.
