What you’ll be doing
As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maximising customer service levels, acting as the bridge between the Customer Services and Sales teams. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Updating and managing special prices for key accounts
* Handling export-related documentation accurately and meeting deadlines
* Supporting booking requests and liaising with NPD and Technical teams
* Managing procurement systems and uploading new pricing and product information
* Resolving day-to-day issues and communicating customer forecasts to the Planning team
* Updating monthly KPI tracker and supporting new product development launches
* Filling out NLF for Commercial team and administrative support
* Manage Procurement Systems
* Uploading new pricing and launched products on all procurement systems
* Prepare and adjust updated codes, pricing, and product details to ensure purchasing systems are correct
* Support in the communication of new or delisted lines
* One-off requests – e.g. checking the delivery details of all accounts
* Support the new season pricing mail shot
You’re a great fit if you...
✔️Have previous administration and sales support experience in retail, commercial, and/or export settings
✔️Have excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interactions. This role requires excellent proficiency and fluency in English. We want someone who is comfortable to speak to a wide range of people, as you’ll be speaking a lot with them.
✔️Enjoy taking initiative and problem-solving. We’re on a mission to be efficient, so spotting how to improve aspects of this role and be able to work out solutions for issues is going to help you do well here.
✔️Have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Outlook

Terms
* 20hrs/wk. i.e. 12:30pm-4:30pm Mon-Fri (start and finish times flexible) with Monday in the offices, then sometime in the office and some WFH in a hybrid working model.
* Probationary period 3 months
* Annual salary review (our ‘movers and shakers’ are always rewarded)
* 10% KPI related bonus based around challenging but achievable tasks and targets related to the role
* You will need to be within an easy commute of the office (around 1hr door to door).
