As a Key Account Manager, you play a pivotal role in driving commercial success while fostering strong relationships with our key customers. Acting as the bridge between internal teams and external sales, you ensure seamless collaboration and deliver tailor-made, feasible product solutions.
Function
* Customer relationship management: You are the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring top-notch service and long-term collaboration. You strengthen partnerships through expertise and innovation and position United Petfood as their go-to partner for sustainable business growth.
* Strategic development: You partner with clients to develop their projects further, aligning with our R&D teams to provide customized solutions.
* Drive Sales & Growth: You identify new business opportunities, analyze assortments, and leverage cross-selling strategies across different business lines. You identify and capitalize on potential growth opportunities within the existing client base.
* Cross-team collaboration: You hold regular meetings with multiple production sites to monitor progress, anticipate challenges, and optimize workflows. You ensure consistency in service and a smooth coordination.
* Expand market reach: You conduct monthly reviews, analyze sales pipelines, and proactively identify growth opportunities to help key accounts grow in volume and enhance their product portfolio with high-care solutions.
* CRM accuracy: You ensure all relevant customer information and interactions are accurately recorded and maintained in the CRM system.
Profile
* You hold at least a bachelor's degree. Experience in a similar role is a plus.
* You are an excellent communicator, comfortable working with different stakeholders while balancing various interests.
* You are flexible and open to occasional travel to our European production sites to discuss projects with local teams.
* You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently within an open structure where tasks are not always strictly defined.
* You are proficient in Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
* You report and consult weekly with the Sales Director.
