Description
The Reward & Compensation Partner will be responsible for:
Develop and implement comprehensive reward strategies in line with company objectives
Work closely with the Human Resources team to ensure reward strategies are fair and motivating
Collaborate with senior management to understand departmental reward needs
Evaluate current methodology and work with the Director of Reward to make improvements
Prepare and present reports on reward strategy effectiveness
Participate in reward benchmarking exercises within the life science industryProfile
A successful Reward & Compensation Partner should have:
In-depth knowledge of reward strategies and compensation packages
Proficiency in HRIS and related software
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and presentation abilities
