Interim Reward Analyst – 6-Month Contract

💰 Day Rate: £300 per day (Inside IR35)
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Interim Reward Analyst to support the HR and Reward team on a 6-month contract. This role will focus on gender pay gap analysis, pay transparency, and broader compensation analytics, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and best practices.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in reward analytics, salary benchmarking, and pay equity assessments, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights that drive fair and competitive pay structures.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct gender pay gap analysis, ensuring accurate reporting and insights into pay disparities.
* Support pay transparency initiatives, aligning with regulatory requirements and internal reward strategies.
* Assist in the development of fair pay frameworks, ensuring consistency and equity across the organisation.
* Perform salary benchmarking and job evaluation, using market data to provide recommendations.
* Analyse bonus schemes, incentive plans, and total rewards structures, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Provide reward analytics and reporting to support decision-making on compensation policies.
* Work closely with HR, Finance, and senior stakeholders to provide data-driven insights.
* Ensure compliance with UK employment law and evolving regulatory requirements around pay equity.
Key Skills & Experience
✔ Proven experience in a reward, compensation, or HR analytics role.
✔ Strong understanding of gender pay gap reporting, pay transparency, and equal pay principles.
✔ Proficiency in Excel, HRIS, and data analysis tools.
✔ Experience in salary benchmarking and job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Willis Towers Watson, Korn Ferry).
✔ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
✔ Knowledge of UK employment law relating to pay and reward.
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
