We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Department Leader to spearhead the development of our outpatient team across four sites, with a special focus on the Newark outpatient team.
The ideal candidate will bring knowledge and experience in outpatient care or possess strong transferable skills to lead and inspire the team. Upholding and promoting our CARE values, the successful candidate will serve as a role model for staff at all levels.

Person Specification
Knowledge requirements
* Excellent communication skills with clear written and oral skills.
Qualifications
* First level Registered Nurse.
* Recognised teaching qualification.
* Relevant post registration Diploma level study or equivalent.
* Working towards ECDL.
* First level degree or willingness to work towards.
Further Training
* Evidence of personal and professional development.
Experience
* Substantial years post registration experience, preferably in Outpatient areas.
Contractual Requirements
* Ability to work flexibly.
