We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented Print Coordinator to join the team for maternity cover. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative and sales support skills to make an impact within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process print sales proformas and orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Support the team with all aspects of sales administration.
* Ensure all paperwork is correct to guarantee customers receive the right products, at the right price, and at the correct address.
* Keep the online whiteboard updated with the status of all print orders and related information.
* Manage artwork submissions, ensuring timely approvals from clients.
* Coordinate any order amendments with clients and ensure they follow company procedures.
* Accurately file all print paperwork for easy access and reference.
* Communicate effectively across departments to ensure smooth order processing.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
* Monitor and control costs within the Print Department to maintain efficiency while upholding high-quality standards.
* Provide departmental cover during busy periods, sickness, or holidays.
* Ensure adherence to company procedures in taking orders and documenting client communications.

* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* A proactive communicator who can work well with various departments and clients.
