Job Purpose:
Provide an excellent customer experience through full ownership of all sales administrative tasks including the accurate and timely processing of sales orders and directly interacting with Customers, Account Managers & any relevant internal departments.
Responsibilities:
1. Ownership of any customer related administration including the use of Portals, customer feeds and back order management
2. Ensure all orders/ amendments/ reports are actioned within agreed SLA’s, providing an exceptional level of service to the customer
3. Develop strong and professional relationships with Customers, Account Managers & any relevant internal departments
4. Take responsibility for ensuring any escalations are dealt with in a timely and effective manner
5. Take on any other duties as requested by their line manager to support the sales function to achieve agreed KPI’s
