Our client, a reputable and thriving company, is seeking an ambitious and professional Office Administrator to join their team. This is a part-time role that has the potential to become a permanent position based on your performance. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the daily operations of the office.
Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office, including managing correspondence, answering phone calls, and organising meetings.
* Maintain and update filing systems, ensuring all documents and records are accurately recorded and easily accessible.
* Sending out chasers for buisness
* Responding to quotes
* Assist with the preparation of documents, including drafting and proofreading, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the legal industry.
2. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and excellent typing skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
