The hours of work are 35 hours per week and will typically be between, Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm with 1 Saturday per month 9am-2pm. About the role We are currently seeking a Third Party Claims Handler to join our dynamic Third Party Assist team in Glasgow. In this role, you will have the opportunity to actively engage with non-fault third parties to understand their requirements and provide them with exceptional service. As a Third Party Claims Handler you will proactively contact non-fault third parties to establish their needs, administer prompt deployment of services from NFUM’s approved supplier network and promote NFUM as a brand to third party potential customers to maximise future insurance sale opportunities and increase customer base. You will also be responsible for retaining claims and progressing them to closure. Your primary responsibilities will be: Making outbound calls: Engage with Third party claimants to offer tailored solutions and services that meet their individual needs Administer prompt deployment of services from NFUM’s approved supplier network and promote NFUM as a brand.
