Grounds Maintenance Supervisor
Salary: Competitive plus Veolia benefits and pension
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
Location: Moat Lane Depot, Solihull, B91 2LW

What you'll be doing;
* HR management (absence management, investigations, disciplinaries)
* Manage and deliver on-ground maintenance operations
* Support health and wellbeing initiatives
* Represent the company at local authority and resident meetings
* Deliver employee inductions and maintain training records
* Oversee and maintain vehicle compliance
* Help manage transfer station and depot compliance
* Conduct crew inspections and monitor contract work
What we're looking for;
* Full UK driving licence
* Good IT Skills
* Experience with grounds maintenance equipment and machinery
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of environmental legislation
* Experience in disciplinary investigations and absence monitoring
