Our client, a highly respected Higher Education establishment based in Glasgow, requires an Administrator on a temporary basis for an initial 12 week period but with potential to extend. The salary for the position is £12.92/hour, working part-time 3 days per week.Main purpose of role:To provide administrative support to community engagement activities within the GALLANT project. This includes assisting in organising community events, managing communications, processing participant payments, handling procurement, and ensuring the smooth running of community research and collaboration initiatives.Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
1. Draft, schedule, and publish social media posts to engage community audiences
2. Create and distribute newsletters and email reminders for events
3. Respond to community queries via email and social media platforms
4. Assist in organising community events, including venue booking, catering, and coordinating event logistics
5. Manage online event registrations (via Microsoft Forms) and maintain participant attendance and engagement logs in community science projects
6. Prepare and distribute event materials
7. Scheduling meetings and sending invitations
8. Preparing and distributing agendas and relevant documents
