An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Car Parks Coordinator to join the Terminal Operations Team at Liverpool John Lennon Airport. We currently have both a permanent and temporary (9 month FTC) position available. Reporting to the Car Parks Supervisor you will ensure all car park operations are run to the highest of standards, work is scheduled and completed safely, effectively and efficiently whilst offering exceptional customer service. You will undertake all tasks associated with the daily running of all car park operations, organise workload and resolve any issues that may arise. You will assist with co-ordinating department rosters, maintain daily incident logs, undertake 1st line and routine preventative maintenance on equipment and ensure all car parks and ancillary equipment areas are clean and clear of debris. You will be responsible for assisting customers with queries, issues or complaints and you will respond to intercom calls in a polite and professional manner. You will safely transport customer vehicles using the Meet & Greet car park product, ensuring stringent operational procedures are followed. You will also carry out any required cash handling functions including, but not limited to, the removal and transportation of cash boxes and clearing any note/coin jams. Please note, for insurance purposes, you must be over 21 to be eligible for this role. Working hours are 42 per week worked on a 4 on 4 off 12 hour shift pattern (2 days/2 nights 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.) The Company The Company has experienced unprecedented growth over the past few years.
