Key Responsibilities: To develop and maintain the special relationship with existing commercial customers and to target new customers from the marketplace by the effective marketing of current products. To proactively develop new commercial products in line with market trends and existing customer requirements. To liaise with account handlers to complete all supporting commercial sales documentation and to pass all completed sales to the policies department and underwriters in an accurate, compliant and timely manner. To take ownership of customer accounts, resolving enquiries and problems in a timely and efficient manner and maintaining a positive and growing relationship with customers. Short-, medium- and long-term strategic planning of products and sales in line with insurance market trends, maintaining the firm's market lead over competitors by exemplary customer service To actively seek feedback from customers and respond to feedback received. To support the departmental Key Performance Indicators and sales targets as directed by the Sales Manager. What we're looking for: Minimum Cert CII, ideally part to fully qualified ACII Minimum of 3 years' experience in providing specialised sales advice in the insurance market. A thorough understanding of the insurance market and products. Ability to demonstrate excellent strategic and operational planning in the short-, medium- and long-term business environments. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to persuade and influence others.
