What you’ll do: Ensure that the Facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the Performance Standards of the Project Agreement. Undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work either independently or as assistant to a maintenance tradesperson on: Service and repair of lighting and power distribution systems. Reactive repairs to all types of lighting systems and power distribution systems. Service and repair of motors and pumps. Competent on BMS control systems Competent PAT tester Undertake maintenance duties in such a manner as to support the objectives of the Client. About you:To be successful in your application, you will be a qualified Electrician with reasonable experience in a maintenance role within a commercial setting. City & Guilds or equivalent qualification required including 18th Edition. You will have experience in electrical power distribution systems, and preferred experience in electrical testing.
