As the Night Shift Manager, you'll be the guardian of our nocturnal production, ensuring that all resources are utilised effectively to exceed our KPIs. From maintaining top-notch health and safety standards to fostering team development, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping our operations running smoothly through the night.
From managing team leaders to optimising production runs, your nights will be filled with a variety of tasks to keep the operation humming. Plus, you'll ensure brand integrity and compliance with industry standards every step of the way.
Qualifications
Excellent People Management Skills: Essential for leading our dedicated night crew in an FMCG environment.
Retailer Audits Experience: You've been through the trenches and know how to navigate major retailer audits with finesse.
Thorough Knowledge of Standards: From BRC to HACCP, you're well-versed in industry standards and regulations.
Problem Solver Extraordinaire: No challenge is too daunting for you – you thrive on finding solutions in high-pressure situations.
