* Act as first point of contact for any telephone and email enquiries
* Meet and greet walk-in clients on behalf of fee earners
* Maintain fee earners dairies and scheduling appointments into their calendars
* Audio typing
* Maintaining company files, proofreading documentation and writing letters
* General administrator duties
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a years' experience as a Legal Secretary and will have exposure to PC, Litigation or property., Secretarial experience in a Law Firm is a must
* Experience supporting Private Client, Property or Litigation teams is a bonus
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Fast and accurate typing skills
* Highly organised and strong attention to detail
