The difference you will make as a Data Assurance Officer
You will support in the delivery of the Group’s framework for building safety and compliance data integrity and quality to ensure all the group properties, risks, legal & policy requirements, monitoring data and work flows within our systems ensuring the end-to-end processing between internal systems, 3rd party systems is effective. Ensure our systems accurately reflect out legal requirements, compliance status and hold appropriate records and evidence. Support our transitional team and delivery teams to ensure all data, documents etc are accurately recorded. Provide training and support to colleagues on systems and processes.

1. Ability to interpret business requirements using a variety of data and experience of the analysis of data in the provision of meaningful intelligence
2. Understanding of IT systems, design, configuration, and ways of working.
3. Knowledge of computerized Housing Management and Financial Accounting Systems and Asset Management / Compliance
4. Good written and verbal communication skills
5. Good IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel (Pivot tables, charts etc)

Role Profile
11. Support in the implement the Group’s framework for Building Safety & compliance data integrity and quality, ensuring effective implementation and communication to key stakeholders, monitoring compliance to ensure data accuracy and consistency is maintained and non-compliance is dealt with promptly and effectively.
12. Collaborate with key stakeholder to continuously review and identify data weakness in relevant systems including mechanisms for improvement, ensuring data quality reporting continues to be integral to the reporting process within the wider team.
13. Coordinate a planned program of “Duty of Care” surveys to ensure effective risk & asset data collection, ensuring information is received within appropriate timescales and records are updated accordingly.
14. Manage the Group’s Compliance database ensuring records are maintained and effective analysis is carried out for repairs, maintenance, compliance, and investment planning purposes, ensuring the provision of accurate data to key stakeholders as required.
15. Undertake analysis on the integrity and quality of data retained in relation to building safety & compliance, supporting data audits, identifying, and addressing data quality issues to ensure data integrity standards are identified, communicated, and adhered to effectively.
16. Support internal and external stakeholders effectively providing guidance, advice, and training on system configuration, use and data integrity.
17. Develop an understanding and support the in the configuration and development of our Compliance register systems (Promaster/C365) –and develop guidance documents and deliver training on standard ways of working.
18. Document the presence of compliance risks, specialist equipment and assignment of compliance status, risk ownership. Manage the active status of all compliance requirements.
19. Support on assessments and reviews of lease, tenancy & license agreements have been undertaken to determine & document legal/compliance requirements and risk ownership
20. Assess new build, acquisitions and disposal data information and records on update our systems on behalf of the building safety department to ensure we obtain appropriate data, certification and records are obtained and recorded within our systems within a timely manner.
21. Support the interfaces with supply chain with compliance system and OCR, extraction templates working with colleagues in compliance teams to determine business requirements and work through system requirements.
22. Check Exception reporting accuracy working with Business information team and support analysis • Support Senior Assurance Officer and business assurance team in assurance testing of data and system operation

36. Understanding of transforming manual systems to IT enabled solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
