Governance Expertise-Familiarity with governance processes and best practices. Communication Skills-Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage with colleagues and stakeholders effectively. Self-Motivated-Ability to work independently and prioritise competing demands. Attention to Detail-Proven capacity to produce high-quality work with meticulous accuracy. Presentation Skills-Ability to create detailed reports and presentations based on complex information. Audit Experience-Experience applying audit findings and evidence-based practices in healthcare settings.
