As the Admin you would have a number of duties including but not limited to: To support management with the invoices and timesheet processing and supporting management in the ordering, counting, recording of petty cash and ordering supplies for the service. To support management in the completion of audits within the service (across all sites) To support management with the induction of new staff To support management with liaising with other departments with the organisation To support management with the filing and processing of training info, staffing info etc We work very much as team and there is always senior staff available for advice and guidance.
