Finance Manager
A well-established, privately owned, Commercial and Domestic HVAC contractor has a requirement for a bubbly, experienced Accounts and Administration Manager to provide high-quality service to clients. Working within a small, dynamic team with a work hard play hard mentality based on a static site near Woking.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee activity for both sales and purchase ledger.
2. Prepare monthly payroll.
3. Issue Customer monthly reports and resolve any Customer queries.
4. Produce all accounting reports and financial analysis of the Business for both management and external auditors.
Minimum Requirements:
1. IT literate and proficient with Microsoft Office.
2. Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
3. Excellent time management, organizational skills, and a flexible approach to work.
4. Experience using Xero software system.
5. In commutable distance to Woking.
Finance Manager - Up to £36k dependent on experience + Pension + Holidays.
