Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (08:30-17:00 with flexibility in start/finish times)
Salary Range: £30k to £36k per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Region Director and Commercial Director of our business, overseeing a team of 1,400 staff members. This is a key administrative role within a large, dynamic business, offering the opportunity to contribute to the efficient running of senior-level operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PA and office management, with proven experience in supporting senior leadership in a busy corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Region Director and Commercial Director.
* Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and plan travel arrangements.
* Assist with event planning, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively and efficiently.
* Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all matters related to senior management and sensitive business information.
* Handle office management duties, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
* Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Minimum of two years of experience in a PA, Office Management, or Senior Admin role.
