* An exciting opportunity for a part-time Recruitment Administrator to join a growing business on a temporary basis, supporting with a recruitment campaign as part of our business expansion.
* This contract will initially run until the end of December 2024, contracted for 20 hours per week.
* You will be responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition and wider HR team in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
* Write engaging job adverts and post across various job boards using our ATS.
* Manage and coordinate responses from hiring managers, candidates, and agency contacts, addressing their enquiries and providing timely updates on the recruitment process.
* Coordinate interview schedules, liaising with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth and timely arrangements.
* Schedule and conduct candidate phone screenings and send out psychometric assessments to candidates prior to interview using our Application Tracking System (ATS) and our external testing provider.
* Draft offer letters and employment contracts for successful candidates.
* Extend verbal offers to successful candidates with the support of the Talent Acquisition Specialist.
* Conduct all pre-employment checks including referencing, right to work checks etc.
* Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist with regular reporting on vacancies to the relevant internal stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and legal requirements, always maintaining confidentiality and data privacy.
Recruitment experience from an agency or an internal recruitment team would be advantageous.
* Excellent administrative and organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* High standards of written communication and grammar, including the ability to write high quality s and external job adverts.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with proven capability to interact with internal and external stakeholders across a variety of levels.
* Competent in computer packages including Microsoft Office.
