The Company You'll be joining a leading public sector organisation with a strong social purpose, to support in enabling them to create change management project plans and provide a consultative approach to put best practice in place for relevant teams to work cohesively. The Role We are recruiting for a Change Management Specialist that will support the Change team across a large public sector organisation. The organisation has gone through large amounts of transformation and change over the past few years and will be looking for someone to come in at the end of this transformation and improve on specific functions to then head toward more BAU working. This is an 18-month Fixed Term Contract, flexible hybrid opportunity.You will show your knowledge and hands on experience in change management principles and methodology with the ability to project plan and implement.Day-to-day responsibilities include working with colleagues at all levels across the organisation and externally to scope, design and deliver change projects from a strategic plan. The role will be centred around change management across the organisations culture, capability, continuous improvement and how to bring in digital innovation.
