Job Description
* Manage, organise and update relevant data using database applications.
* Interact with clients and provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.
* Communicate and liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts.
* Order and maintain office stock and resources.
* Organise, coordinate and manage appointments and meetings.
* Prepare letters, presentations and reports.
* Implement and maintain procedures and office administrative systems.
* Assist other departments with administrative or clerical support.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Administrator' should have:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in an administrative role within the Property industry.
* A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
