I work alongside Janet, our Temp Desk Consultant, while Rachael and Clare focus on permanent placements. Together, we ensure clients get the right staff and candidates find roles that suit them. If there are any changes, I promptly update both the diary and our CRM system. When last-minute issues arise—such as cancellations or urgent client requests—I quickly find replacements and coordinate with all parties to keep things running smoothly. A key part of my role is candidate and client communication. I handle incoming phone calls, emails and in-person inquiries, assisting job seekers with the registration process. I also reach out to clients to confirm booking details and gather role requirements to ensure we match them with the right candidates. Additionally, I oversee compliance and documentation, ensuring all right-to-work checks are completed and records remain up to date.
