Our Role As Head of Strategy, you will partner closely with your Agency Leadership Team (ALT) and other disciplines to define what success looks like for your agency, whilst playing a pivotal role in making it happen. Leading the Strategy Team, you are responsible for their happiness, career success, and the strategic output for your agency. You will take responsibility and ownership over key accounts, building lasting client partnerships that allow us to create impactful, effective work; whilst identifying opportunities for growth and new business. Acting as a true partner to the ALT, you will support agency growth and development, playing a lead role in inspiring, motivating and gaining buy-in from the wider team, whilst championing the strategy discipline within your agency, across Havas Lynx Group and externally.
