About the Role: The agency is seeking a Head of Agency to lead the client service team and strengthen relationships with media, PR, and creative agency clients. This key leadership role will oversee the growth and development of major accounts, driving revenue while delivering exceptional creative campaigns. The Head of Agency will balance strategic vision with operational excellence, ensuring the agency continues to deliver outstanding service to its clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and inspire the client service team, managing client relationships and team performance.
