Job summary We are looking to appoint an Employee Relations Advisor on a permanent basis to start in April 2025. As part of our dedicated employee relations team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting managers across the Trust with day to day employee relations matters such as absence management, discipline, grievances and capability; offering sound, consistent advice based on current policies, legislation and best practice.
