Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Manager to join the friendly and diverse Children and Young People's CAMHS Specialist Eating Disorder Service.
You will work alongside the Team Manager in the operational management of the team and will also to deputise in the absence of the Team Manager
You will assist in practice development and service development initiatives to ensure continual quality improvement as an integral part of the Trust's Quality Improvement System.
The team works across two bases; The Acley Centre and North End House. There will be an expectation to work across both sites.
Main duties of the job
To work alongside the Team Manager and Clinical leadership team in the day to day provision of operational and clinical services to families and young people.
There is an emphasis on supporting the performance management of the team and providing data, analysis and reports.
Also being part of the continued transformation of the CAMHS service thought a Quality improvement plan.
Deputising in the absence of the team manager and directly supervising the admin staff within the team.
