Carbon60 are seeing an experienced Project Manager to join our client's team on a contract basis to support one of their sites and a long-term electrical fault.
Role: Electrical Project Manager
Sector: Renewable Energy (Offshore Wind)
Location: Can be done remotely, but regular travel to Lowestoft is essential.
Start Date: Likely November 2024
Duration: 6-12 Months + Possible Extension
Rates: £600 - £700 Daily Rate Inside IR35 via Umbrella
Clearance: BPSS (DBS, Financial Probity, Employment History) & Medical Questionnaire
Job Description:
Experience in installation and commissioning of offshore HV equipment, including project planning and offshore logistics.
Able to deal with senior stakeholders, insurers, legal and joint venture partners.
Able to scope and lead Root Cause Analysis work to determine root cause of fault
Able to develop documents for tendering and specification
Track record in delivery of offshore projects - eg offshore HV installation and testing
Competent project manager, ideally qualified to a recognised standard - APM etc
Strong communicator
