Customer Logistics Manager Function: Supply Chain Location: Knockmore Hill, Lisburn Contract: 16 Month Fixed Term Contract ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB Responsible for leading, developing and managing the Customer Logistics department. The role will develop and execute joint value creation opportunities across all our key customer accounts while understanding emerging customer needs. The Customer Logistics Manager should demonstrate strong leadership, collaboration and a drive for continuous improvement while delivering customer excellence and ensuring our customers receive our product on time and in full. YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and develop the customer logistics department through consistent approach to Coaching, Performance Management and feedback to drive a strong culture across the logistics function. Lead the Supply Chain relationship between Coca-Cola HBC and the Customer Develop joint value plans with our key customers to improve our end to end order process, improve collaborative forecasts, manage monthly service levels and adopt EDI / VMI where appropriate Manage the customers needs in alignment with the countries supply chain and commercial initiatives Implement Supply Chain JVC to drive service improvements, reliability and responsiveness from supply chain reducing non value added activities and costs Work with X-Functional teams to drive Customer Centric performance of Coca-Cola HBC Embrace technology and digital solutions to drive operational and cost efficiencies To ensure that systems are in place for tracking operational performance and that clear accountabilities are identified. Meet & Exceed All Operational Goals & KBIs to Support Overall Coca-Cola HBC Supply Chain Business Plan. Identify areas of opportunity to increase delivery efficiencies/lower delivery costs and to provide quality delivery service for all customers. Develop Business Plan for selected top customers across all channels, after assessing customers requirements, capabilities and emerging needs. ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS? Essential Criteria 3rd Level Qualification in Management, Logistics, Commercial or similar relevant qualification Min of 3 years experience working at a mid senior level within Supply Chain or Commercial environment, ideally within a FMCG environment Understanding of e2e Supply Chain and managing Customer relationships Proven experience of people management and development, building strong succession pipelines within your team Customer management experience or experience in driving customer service level improvement plans Ability to form effective working relationships across all layers of the organisation and with external organisations in order to deliver results Strong relationship skills with the ability to challenge and influence others, including senior stakeholders, to ensure that the right outcomes are achieved. Proven track record in delivering against operational and financial KBIs IT literate with effective skills in Powerpoint, Excel and ideally SAP Strong problem solving with root cause analysis to determine clear corrective action plans.
