Protocol Education is working with a highly regarded school in Walthamstow that is seeking a dedicated Teacher to join their team. The school is committed to providing a high-quality learning environment and developing the potential of each student with care and support.
Job Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with school policies and schemes of work.
* Provide students with regular assessments and feedback to support their progress.
* Build positive relationships with Teaching Assistants to create an inspiring classroom environment.
* Participate in departmental and staff meetings to share best practices and ideas.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* An Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service.
* Understanding of different types of SEN, with the ability to apply a variety of effective teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
* Strong subject knowledge, delivering informative, challenging, and engaging lessons.
* Passion for education and helping young people reach their full potential.
* Positive, consistent, and proactive behaviour management skills.
* Ability to differentiate lessons to ensure all students make consistent progress.
* A resilient and positive attitude.
Experience working with SEN students is a plus but not essential. Enthusiasm, energy, and excellent relationship-building skills with pupils, staff, and parents are key.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
