A little bit about what we are looking for...
To proactively manage and fully resolve a high volume of Leasehold Sales Enquiries. To provide information regarding PA Housing leasehold properties and respond to leasehold enquiries on request of the Conveyancer. To Liaise with all relevant bodies both internal and external (e.g., Solicitors and Third-Party Management companies) to ensure that the leasehold sales process is efficient and effective for the customer to provide excellent customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities...
* Responsible for the timely operational delivery of staircasing, resales, LPE1, RTB/A
* To deliver an effective staircasing, Resales, LPE1, RTB/A service in line with current Sales & Marketing procedures, from initial enquiry through to sale completion and thereafter the timely creation of the new tenancy in line with Home Ownership procedures
* Responsibility for accurate filing and monitoring of all key transaction documentation/data in the relevant sales and departmental folders.
* To manage all contacts in line with quality standards, data protection policies, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion policy and IT policy.
* Close liaison with vendors and purchasers to ensure sales are progressed and completed within set targets.

Our ideal candidate...
* Ability to understand service charge accounts.
* Minimum of one year’s experience in working in an office
Environment.
* Intermediate IT skills in Word and Excel.
* Ensures a great service is provided whilst consideration is.
given to Value for Money.
