There is a strong therapeutic presence within our friendly and supportive multi-disciplinary team which you will be an integral part of, and you will actively contribute to providing the highest standards of patient care. You will be working closely with nursing, medical, psychology and occupational therapy team members. You will be key to the delivery of care to our patients in the community who are experiencing mental health crisis in their lives.

Qualifications
* Registered Professional (Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker or OT).
* Degree in Health Care related subject.
* Qualification in psychosocial interventions in mental health.
* Evidence of post-registration further development.
Experience
* Post qualification or placement experience to include appropriate experience within an acute mental health care setting and/or experience within community, crisis care, or liaison psychiatry.
* Experience of working with other professions within a multi-disciplinary team.
* Experience of working independently.
* Understanding and experience of risk management.
* Experience of receiving supervision.
* Experience with telephone triage within a Single Point of Access Service.
* Experience of Psychiatric Liaison services.
* Experience of Crisis Team services.
* Experience of supervising staff.
* Experience of mentoring students.
Knowledge
* A high level of both written and spoken English language.
* Knowledge of relevant mental health law.
* Knowledge of adult and children safeguarding requirements.
